On Sunday afternoon… please join us for a Parish Picnic in the ‘Wedding Field’ next to St Andrew’s Church.
We’re going to celebrate, in the open air, being able to get together again. And we’re making it a ‘Thank You’ event – an opportunity to say our ‘Thank Yous’ to all who have deserved our gratitude during the past, difficult months. If you have anyone you’d particularly like to thank or anything you’ve been grateful for, you’ll have the chance to mention them on the day if you wish.
It’s a ‘Bring Your Own’ picnic (and chairs and tables and maybe a gazebo if the weather threatens!) but there will be a sausage BBQ and cakes! (Of course! The church always does cakes!!)
A bit like ‘Carols in the Car Park’, there’ll be some songs to be sung, and some prayers to be said, as well as the ‘Thank Yous’ to be shared. Please do join us for an afternoon of community togetherness.
