Here at Sytchampton we are passionate about learning in a wonderful rural setting. Our emphasis is on each individual child, who is welcomed into our reception class, and it is here that the important links are developed between home and school. In early years children are encouraged to explore, develop and build their skill base. We then offer primary education for ages 4 through to 11 years and encourage children to grow as outstanding learners, with the skills and confidence to take on whatever challenges the future may bring.
Our dedicated team of teachers, support staff and governors provide a caring and supportive environment in which children thrive. Our curriculum embraces creativity, makes relevant links and is celebrated with impressive displays of pupil’s work. We are also proud to offer Music, French, Forest schools, PE coaching, extra curricula activities and wrap around care.
Our size enables us to retain a unique village ethos with a strong sense of community which is reflected by the enthusiasm of the P.T.A. and parents who attend our celebration assemblies and events. Our academic results are well above the national expectation. Come and meet our pupils who are happy, confident and proud of their school.
We offer families the opportunity to stay in a primary school (or join after year 4) and then access the local secondary schools in Worcester and also the Chantry at Martley; particularly if they are outside the Droitwich system. As of January 2020 we currently have some capacity in years 5 and 6, and would be happy to show families what we can offer.
